Nightly Rate Terms & Conditions:   - All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and  7% applicable government tax. - All rates are inclusive of daily breakfast and complimentary in room Wi-Fi. - Maximum number of guests:   Studio: 2 adults + 1 child, 2 Bedroom Suite: 4 adults + 1 child - Children up to 12 years old sharing same room with parents are free of charge. - Breakfast for children is 50% discount on normal rate, children 0-4 years is free of charge. - Late check-out until 6 pm will be charged half day (50% off nightly rate), after which is full day charge. Monthly Rate Terms & Conditions:   - All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% applicable government tax. - All rates are inclusive of daily breakfast, in room Wi-Fi, utilities (water & electricity), cleaning with maid service, towel and linen changed every 3 days. - Monthly rates are base on a minimum stay of 30 nights for Month Contract. - In the event this minimum is not satisfied, the lessor will not reimburse the remaining room charge of the unused days. - Deposit requirements are subject to contract agreements.
