Notes:
1. *6,500 / 6,000 / 5,000 and 4,500 baht ticket holders receive priority access to purchase GMMTV Official Merchandise in advance and pick up their purchases at the venue via priority pick up lane. (More information on advance purchases will be provided later.)
2. The system will randomly select lucky winners for Private Photo 2:1 for 6,500-baht ticket holders, lucky winners for the GROUP PHOTO 2:20 for 3,000 / 2,500 / 2,000 and 1,500-baht ticket holders, OFFICIAL POSTER (Signed) for 6,000 / 5,000 / 4,500 / 4,000 and 3,500-baht ticket holders. The lucky winners of both shows will be announced on November 24, 2025 via GMMTV Social media. (One ticket per a chance to win one randomly picked fan benefit only.)
3. On the announcement day of Fan Benefit recipients, November 24, 2025, if the number of selected participants does not meet the available quota, ticket holders who purchased tickets after the announcement date may register to claim the remaining benefits. A registration link will be opened on November 25, 2025, and the benefits will be granted in order of registration until the quota is filled.
4. **6,500-baht ticket holders who win the Private Photo 2:1 are not eligible for the Group Photo 2:2.
5. The Private Photo and Group Photo session is scheduled before the showtime.
– Ticket holders who are eligible for the Private Photo and Group Photo session must bring their tickets to register for their benefits to gain access. Registration will be open from 11 a.m. – 1.30* p.m., and gates will open at 12.30 p.m. The Photo session will begin at 1.30 p.m. (*If you fail to register or enter the hall within the specified timeframe, it will be assumed that you have waived your claim to these benefits. However, you will still be eligible to attend the concert.)
– After participants have completed their photo session with the artists, they must exit the hall immediately. Re-entry to the hall will be permitted at 4 p.m. when the doors open for the show.
6. Hi-Bye session with tickets priced at 6,500 / 6,000 / 5,000 / 4,500 / 4,000 and 3,500 Baht will start after the end of the show.
7. Official Posters with hand-signed autographs of the artists will be available for pick-up at the registration booth on the day of the show. Those who receive the Signed Official Posters will not receive Official Posters (Unsigned).
8. Those who are eligible for the photo session with the artists but fail to show up within the specified timeframe will be assumed to have waived their eligibility to participate.
9. During the concert, video recording or live streaming of audio or video (LIVE) using any kind of device through any platforms or applications is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to delete all recorded images, videos, and audio, and violators will be asked to leave the area immediately.
10. The organizer prohibits the use of tickets for any commercial purposes or product promotions, such as discounts, exchanges, giveaways, or bonus gifts, unless prior consent has been obtained from the organizer.
11. The unauthorized resale or distribution of tickets for advertising or promotional purposes is considered a violation of the law.
12. The company holds no responsibility under any circumstances for ticket purchases made outside Thaiticketmajor.
13. The use of benefits for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
14. Please be wary of scammers who offer to reserve benefits, purchase tickets outside of the system, or impersonate GMMTV employees etc.
15. GMMTV shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, valuables, or other items during the event under any circumstances.
16. GMMTV reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the rules and regulations at any time.
17. Please be informed that within the event area, audio and video recording, as well as photography, will be conducted for dissemination and broadcasting purposes. Customers, attendees or passersby in the event area may be recorded or photographed. If you do not wish to appear in the recordings or photographs, please avoid the event area during the specified date and time. By being aware of this notification, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, video, and any other personal data in the recordings or photographs taken during the event. This consent includes the use of your personal data for event promotion through current and future communication channels, as well as for all uses in commercial goods and services.

Notes:
– The E-Photo Set for each round will be different.
– The website link for accessing the E-Photo Set files will be announced on 26 December 2025 through GMMTV’s official social media channels. The files will be available for download from 26 December 2025, until 26 February 2026.
– The ticket price does not include the Thai Ticket Major service fee of 30 baht per ticket, the plastic ticket, and the delivery fee.

Ticket terms for Live Streaming:
1. The maximum purchase per order is 20 tickets.
2. Customers who purchase tickets through any channel will receive a link and code for watching Live show via email registered with Thai Ticket Major within 24 hours. Please check your inbox or call 02 262 3456 if you have not received the email within 24 hours.
3. Ticket price is for 1 ticket for watching Live streaming and for watching the replay on demand from 13 December 2025 at 10 a.m. (GMT+7) to 19 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (GMT+7). Customers can watch the replay for up to 300 minutes per 1 code.
4. Ticket price excludes the Thai Ticket Major service fee of 30 baht per ticket.
5. Purchases/items with the status “Purchase” cannot be canceled or refunded.
