• Your full names will be required to purchase tickets and printed on tickets. The names must be in Thai or English only, and must match your identification document (such as ID card, Passport) upon entry. Please review your booking information before making payment. The names on tickets cannot be changed or transferred.
• The original ID card or passport of the attendees might be checked at the concert. The name on the ticket must match the name on the original ID card or passport. If multiple tickets only have one name, the ticket holder whose name is on the ticket must be present at the show to confirm the attendance of the other attendees within the group. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the show and will not be responsible for any damage that may occur.
• Please beware of the scammers, such as booking service, fraud pre-sale code, reselling from third party. The benefits of concert tickets will belong to the customers who purchased tickets from the authorized dealer. Please note that Live Nation Tero will not responsible for the damage caused by third party. The organizer’s decision is final.
• The tickets cannot be refunded, changed seat or rescheduled. The customer may not resell, refund, exchange and transfer to other people. Please note that the tickets will be voided and no refunded without prior notice.
• The tickets remain the property of Live Nation Tero. The customer may not use the tickets for promotion without company’s permission. The customer may not resell tickets for the profit if prohibited by law.
• Please note that If we find evidence of breaching terms & conditions, the company will cancel your reservation in case of unpaid or void your ticket in case of paid and return the ticket to the system for resell.
• If the customer purchases the tickets mean that you are accepted all of terms and conditions from promoter.

Safety measures for show patrons
• All patrons are required to wear a mask while in the venue.
• Please maintain a safe distance between yourself and other patrons.
• Changing or moving seats is not permitted.
• Please disinfect your hands with the alcoholic gel provided at the venue.
• Please allow at least one hour for the screening and entry process at the venue.
• Prohibited items are not allowed to bring into the hall; all weapon, can, glass bottle, camera, recorder, food & beverages, large bags, suitcase, pet, selfie stick, tablet and notebooks size over 7”, laser pointer, drone etc.
• To minimize the danger of Covid-19 infection, if you are sick, coughing, sneezing, have a runny nose, or display any other signs of being unwell; have a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius; or test positive for Covid-19, the Organiser has right to refuse entry. In such cases, the Organiser reserves the right not to offer a refund.
