● Tickets will be available ONLINE ONLY via https://thaiticketmajor.com starting from 11:00 AM (GMT+7) onwards. A virtual queue system will be in place, with queue access available from 10:00 AM.

1. Zone A(Q) admission will follow a queue order based on completed payment transaction. Zone B(GA) is a standing festival-style zone with queuing in front of the hall. Queueing details will be announced before the event date.
2. Concert admission tickets are issued as paper tickets exclusively by ThaiTicketMajor.
3. A maximum of 2 tickets per transaction is allowed. On the first day of sales, tickets will be available exclusively online.
4. In case of loss of standing tickets, the company reserves the right not to reissue tickets under any circumstances, and no refunds or changes can be made after the purchase.
5. Complete your ticket purchase and payment within 10 minutes.
6. Ticket prices include 7% VAT, but exclude other applicable ThaiTicketMajor service fees.
7. Children under 10 years old are not permitted to attend the concert. All attendees aged 10 and above must have a valid ticket.

Remarks:
1. Please remain vigilant against scams, including accepting tickets or reservations from unauthorized sources, sharing reservation codes, engaging in informal ticket transactions, or falsely presenting yourself as a company representative.
2. The unauthorized resale or distribution of tickets for advertising or marketing purposes violates both the law and company policy.
3. If evidence of ticket resale at inflated prices is found, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Any paid tickets will be voided and reissued for resale.
4. Unauthorized modification, reproduction, or use of artist illustrations, logos, or any materials announced by the company also constitutes a violation of the law and company policy.
